Shipping Information
**orders must include same first and last name and Billing Address to be considered for shipping to alternate address from BILLING address. Billing address must be entered to match exactly to your bank records. when using an alternate shipping address it is likely we will send package "restricted delivery" to protect ourselves from credit card fraud. If our system declines your payment for AVS mismatch then your information does not match. this is very common with Capital One cards especially.

Packages seized by customs for your failure to follow local import regulations are not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all compliance with your country's regulations. Packages that are left unclaimed and forfeited to Customs or the carrier are charged to your account in all cases. We will not issue credit for these occurrences.

We believe there is a segment of the population that is indeed capable of breaking an anvil while playing with it. If our product is damaged during hard use, rest assured repairs can be made at a very reasonable cost (about what you would pay for lunch at a fast food restaurant) and we will have you back to catching your brass in no time. Contact us by email for the details and pricing. Our products have a lifetime warranty, if there is a problem with your brass catcher please email us and we will (at our sole discretion) make arrangements to have you return the product to be repaired or we will send you the parts in the mail. Modifying the our brass catchers in any way voids the warranty!
On products we make, our guarantee is Tactical Brass Recovery (TBR) will sell you the product you want that is free from defects. If you are not happy with the product we sold you, then send it back to us at our mailing address within 10 days of the date delivered to you. Include a copy of your receipt and we will issue a refund, it's that simple. There won't be a restocking charge. in order to return product it must be in NEW condition. Both Sales Tax and Shipping charges are not refundable, so don't expect us to send it back and forth so you can try it out. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change without notice. TBR is not responsible for mis-prints or errors, heck... we all know folks can make unintentional errors. The banks have their rules on personal or business checks, so you can expect them to be held-up (I made a funny) for 10 days. Any products showing wear and tear or damage are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.
If our product is damaged or destroyed while in the line of duty or in defense of this country (that is code for military & police) then we will enthusiastically replace the item free of charge. Don't get upset if we ask for a copy of your orders, I have been there and done that too. If possible, we would like the item (or what is left) back as a souvenier...
You are responsible for import licenses, customs-assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility for these additional charges and caution you that they may be much higher than you expect.
